All content on Refund AI, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Refund AI or its content suppliers and is protected by South African and international copyright laws.

By submitting content to Refund AI, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Refund AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, resulting from the use of or the inability to use our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
