Subscription and Payment Policy

1. Subscription Plans

Refund AI offers several subscription plans to meet the needs of different users. All plans include access to our AI-powered tax consultation service, with varying levels of features and usage limits.

2. Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial of our service. The trial period lasts for 14 days from the date of registration. During the trial period, users have access to a limited version of our service. No payment details are required for the free trial.

3. Billing and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. We accept payment through secure payment processors including PayFast. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.

4. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by the user. You will be notified by email before your subscription renews.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for the unused portion of your subscription period.

6. Subscription Changes

You may upgrade, downgrade, or change your subscription plan at any time. When upgrading, the new rate will be charged immediately, and you will receive a pro-rated credit for the unused portion of your previous subscription. When downgrading, the new rate will apply at the next billing cycle.

7. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription prices at any time. If we change the prices, we will provide notice of the change on our website or by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the service after the price change constitutes your agreement to pay the updated price.

8. Payment Security

We take payment security seriously and use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

9. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again within 7 days. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled.
